How It Works
- A flexible Fire Detection Tubing (FDT) is strategically installed inside the extractor hood—directly above high-risk cooking areas.
- When the temperature reaches 175°C, the FDT ruptures at the point closest to the heat source.
- The sudden depressurization triggers a pressure differential valve, releasing the Class F extinguishing agent directly onto the fire.
- The fire is quickly and effectively suppressed within seconds, minimizing potential damage and operational downtime.
